Steps to perform Master Reset

 The device will be set back to factory settings; all data stored on the device will be lost. The device may not be functional for up to 15 minutes after a master reset is performed.


  1. From the Home screen, press the Menu,and then tap Settings.
  2. Flick to and tap Privacy.
  3. Tap Factory Data Reset.
  4. Tap Reset Phone.Tap Erase entire SD card as well to clear the Micro SD card.
  5. The device will automatically reset and may not function for up to 15 minutes following the master reset.


Alternate method to perform Factory reset


  1. Turn the power off.
  2. Press and hold the Power and Camera buttons.
  3. Release the Camera button when prompted.
  4. Press and hold the Volume Down key.
  5. A yellow exclamation will appear on the display.
  6. Select the Wipe data/factory reset (Alt + W) option.


Warning!: While reset/restore operation under process, you are advised not to remove your battery until the operation is completed and cellphone restarts otherwise phone damage may occur.
